Test fixture requirement selection:

• high voltage: GPTF - HV, low leakage safety fixture for use with RT900, RT901 or 3rd party hardware
• low voltage:

1. low cost Kelvin - TF10 - for use with RT290, Reflex 10, Reflex 20 or 3rd party.
2. pneumatic Kelvin ZIF - TF100 - for use with RT290, Reflex 10, Reflex 20 or 3rd party.
3. manually operated Kelvin ZIF - ASY3000 - for use with RT290, Reflex 10, Reflex 20 or 3rd party.
4. multiplexing Kelvin fixture - TF200 - for use with RT290, Reflex 10, Reflex 20 or 3rd party.
5. high current - ASY0700 - Kelvin 10 Amp contact load add on for RT290, Reflex 10, Reflex 20.

TF100 Pneumatically operated ZIF Kelvin test fixture for through hole mounted components. Interchangeable inserts provide custom solution to a variety of device footprints.		TF200 Multiple site test adaptor offering increased operator efficiency through bulk loading and unloading of DUTs. For use with 3rd party test fixtures or customer/ART supplied Kelvin device sockets.		GPTF General Purpose Test Fixture provides a safe, high voltage low leakage interface to the DUT. Interchangeable device insert boards are custom manufactured to the required device footprint.
TF10 Low cost test fixture provides Kelvin connection to the DUT. Available in kit or ready built versions.		ASY3000 ZIF and surface mount test fixture mounted in heavy duty enclosure. All connections are fully Kelvin.		ASY0700 30V/10A contact load unit provides high current contact load environment for use with ART parametric test systems.
