The RT903 is a high-speed parallel scanning leakage current and insulation resistance test system with up to 500 channels of precision low-current measurement circuitry for current measurements down to 1pA and resistance measurement up to 1e12 ohms and at voltages from 5 to 500 VDC. An optional temperature probe is also available (see rear view picture below).
