Reserving memory addresses in Windows 98.
This tutorial explains how to confirm whether the necessary hardware I/O addresses have been reserved for the correct operation of the RT290 hardware when using Windows 98 and Windows 98 Second Edition. Note that systems with IEEE control the address range $0300-$031F must also be reserved. Systems with a coil analysis card fitted also need to reserve $0120-$013F.
