Reflex 51 – Relay Life Test System
Reflex 51 offers a complete range of life test modules to enable any Relay Life Test application to be easily and quickly configured, no matter how large or small.
ART can offer complete Turn-Key Life Test solutions to meet specific customer needs whether that is to create new life test solutions or upgrade existing in-house life testers.
The system is suitable for testing small, medium and power relays to meet the needs of EN116000-3, MIL-R-83536/A, MIL-PRF-6106K and MIL-R-39016E.
The Reflex 51 is also available in a 9U version with an extra 10 front panel module spaces or as a series of 19″ rack mounting chassis where large numbers of relays are to be tested.
- For systems fitted with the ASY5765 USB interface module, the software now handles the testing of multiple devices and increases the maximum cycle rate to 200Hz.
- Optional 16 channel switch module ASY5733 provides cost effective control over multiple relay coils and contact loads.
