TF10/TF15 – Low Cost Kelvin Fixtures
The TF10 and TF15 are low cost customisable device fixtures designed to complement ART’s wide range of precision parametric test equipment or for use with third party measurement hardware. The units can be supplied either in kit form or ready assembled to suit a specific component footprint requirement. The TF10 handles footprint sizes up to 48 x 30mm and the TF15 up to 100 x 56mm.
