Reflex 510 – Contactor Test System

The Reflex 510 is a highly customisable Contactor test system based on the modular Reflex architecture performing all the low voltage MIL-PRF-83536A test steps using 4 terminal Kelvin device connections to ensure optimum measurement accuracy. The Reflex 510 is designed to be expandable in groups of 4 device contacts allowing devices with 40 contacts or more to be tested. The system can be customised to control devices with either AC or DC coils using external 19″ mounting programmable power supplies.

  • Tests AC and single/dual coil DC relays with up to 9 form C contacts.
  • Performs all basic relay tests.
  • Simple operation for production testing.
  • Full data logging.
  • Test programs compatible with our RT290 and Reflex parametric test systems.
  • MIL spec test capability.
  • Automatic EEPROM based test fixture detection.

The basic system is supplied with internal intermediate and low level contact loads and high power solid state multiplexer for switching contact loads up to 30 Amps DC in conjunction with a 19″ 1U external programmable contact power supply. For applications requiring higher test currents ART has a range of power supply and multiplexer options.

The system is supplied with Windows based software to allow the test sequence to be configured for a wide range of  contact and coil types. It also provides the ability to automatically generate fully customisable test reports based on simple Word templates using the same easy to configure PC based ARTworks programming environment as used on the full range of ART  parametric test systems.
